I keep coming back for its helpful staff and excellent service. There's free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, Bar/Lounge area, Restaurant buffet, Flat-screen TV. The first time, they even found my lost earring. Perfect place for a romantic escape.

Location was great for travel by metro into the city centre and tourist sites. Room was clean and the facilities in the room good. Area was very quiet at night and air con was good.
Room was small as was the shower compartment. Bar was not open while we were there maybe due to lack of staff. Lack of basic information in room such as breakfast times, fire procedures etc.

Nothing spectacular.
The breakfast was nice, though the breakfast area was crowded. Also some guests got special treatment (custom ordered espresso drinks and eggs made special, reserved seating) while others were ignored and left to the offerings of the buffet. The internet was only available in the lobby. This was not what Bookings.com indicated. The lobby was exactly two couches and 2 chairs which filled-up with eager internet craving patrons. Beyond this inconvenience, constant communication with the front desk was required to attain slips of paper with passwords. The garden was just a plot of grass with very few place to sit and no flowers. Rooms were very very small. There were two very flat pillows in the double room. When I asked for two extra pillows on several occasions, only eventually a third also flat extra pillow was left for me to claim at the front desk. There were strange outdated electrical outlets in the rooms, not a European standard outlet. All but one of the outlets were some strange three pronged Italian outlet. The hotel did not have adaptors and laughed when I asked where I could purchase one. The minibar did not work. It was actually a source of heat in the room. When I complained to the front desk, they merely put water bottles inside- as if that were a solution to my complaint. There were mosquitoes in the lobby and rooms. Some of the staff were nice. Most were cold and unwilling to help. Their level of English proficiency was not excellent. The location of the Hotel would have been ok, had there been adequate bus service to other areas of Rome, however wait times for major buses was upwards of 40-60 minutes. Cabs got expensive.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for me, just a short walk from the metro station. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which allowed me to stay connected during my trip. The hotel also had a nice lounge area where I could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay. The location, service, and amenities were all top-notch.

We asked the desk person to recommend a good restaurant nearby and they sent us to a pizza place. Not at all what we wanted for our only evening in Rome.

The location was super cool, with a jaw-droppingly pretty neighbourhood and close to the metro station. The staff were mind-blowingly helpful, and the services provided were excellent. The area was calm, the rooms were nice and clean, and the breakfast was really nice, although the espressos were an extra cost. We also loved the convenience of the airport shuttle service. a truly amazing stay!
